Where are my Drivers? Poo = $$ – Shhhsss it is okay to Jailbreak, but wait. Richard Vobes Update, Freecycle and Sorry Charlie I'm done!

Where are my Windows 7 drivers?
Can Poo save you money?
No this is not trickle down economics! New water system for high rise buildings may just be the answer.
Industrial design student Tom Broadbent, hopes so. His Highdro Power device is meant to harness the power of plummeting wastewater in the pipes of high-rise buildings. When emptying a tub in a hotel room, Broadbent says he realized a potential energy source was washing down the drain.
Can you say Jailbreak Time!
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) won three critical exemptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) anti-circumvention provisions today, carving out new legal protections for consumers who modify their cell phones and artists who remix videos — people who, until now, could have been sued for their non-infringing or fair use activities.
If Jailbreaking iOS is now “legalized”, that takes a large portion of the the stigma and the psychological barrier of illegality away. It is estimated that approximately 10 million iOS devices have been “Jailbroken” and are in current use.
De-stigmafying Jailbreaking may very well be the answer Adobe is looking for, it could provide its own App and Jailbreaker that would install Flash libraries and any number of other applications that would normally never pass Apple’s highly restrictive review processes.
Would you Jailbreak your iPad, iPhone?
New Spirit-like Jailbreak for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad and iPod touch 3G Delayed
“Not to make it a daily thing, but since somehow people thought it would be today: the new JB+unlock won’t be out today”
“(there are issues with important apps like Facetime that need to be figured out…no sense releasing a half-broken JB)”
Does size really matter? It must to SanDisk they’ve launched the smallest USB flash drive in North America
It weighs about the same as a penny and is the size of a paper clip, great just one more thing I need to lose. Let’s face it just give me chip, put it in my finger. I can swipe over my keyboard and store my files in it or download them to the computer.
I rarely lose my fingers.
Richard Vobes update
Early in July, Richard Vobes, a UK Podcaster, had surgery to remove his left eye. He’d been fighting a virus/bug in the eye for 3 years I think.
This month Richard received a phone call from Moorfields, to let him know that there may be other issues with the eye’s removal. The eye biopsy showed a small freckle which is being examined and means that Richard will be facing more stress while test and scans are done.
I spoke with Richard this week, he said he’s looking forward to a temporary prosthetic eye and the permanent one to come.
If you’ve never had a chance to listen to Richard you are missing out. He is one of the first podcasters I heard. I found that just listening to him makes you feel like you know him and and he quickly starts to feel like your friend.
Freecycle
Want to get rid of something but know that it is still useful just not to you? Have you check out Freecycle? It is a non-profit group that connects people in or near the same area and helps them get rid of or request items that they need or don’t want. No money is exchanged, if you need something ask, if you have it give it away. No exchanges, no bartering, no money.
Firing your clients
There are just some clients who you no longer want to work with. It could be they difficult to work with or you are no longer in that line of work.
Perhaps it is even because they won’t listen and their policies or requirements will make your work suffer and could make you look bad. Whether you’ve only done a little work for the client or you’ve been together a long time, it’s never easy to fire a client.
How do you do? Why and for what reason?
